Joe Bica

Joe Bica – Chief Operating Officer

Joe combines his extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge with an in-depth understanding of international business to lead US Wine Exports Company. Joe has been involved in the international high-speed machine vision and consumer packaging industry for more than 16 years and has over 22 years of experience in international business. Most recently Joe held the position of vice president of business development for Applied Vision Corporation for over 12 years. He also served as national sales manager for LumenX Company for machine vision and x-ray systems. Prior to joining the sales organization at LumenX, Joe was employed at Ball Corporation as a national sales engineer for the Industrial Systems Division where his duties included comprehensive technical evaluations of both x-ray and machine vision applications. Joe holds technical degrees in Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing and an MBA in International Business. Joe has traveled worldwide over his career focusing on business development in over 38 countries.

Joe is married to his wife Dona. The couple has one daughter in College.

Craig Zamary

Craig Zamary – Advisor

Craig is a successful and experienced serial entrepreneur. He launched his first business at the age of 24, grew it into a successful corporation and sold it to investors in 2006. In January 2007, he launched his second company, and sold to a Private Equity Firm in West Palm Beach, FL. In 2010.

Craig also serves as a Faculty Member at Kent State University in the College of Business. Paul J. Dolan

Paul J. Dolan – Advisor

Paul Dolan was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Cleveland Indians prior to the 2011 season. Previously he was President since 2004, and Vice President, General Counsel with the Indians upon joining the organization in 2000.

Dolan was born and raised in nearby Chardon, Ohio where he attended high school at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills. He graduated with a B.A. degree from St. Lawrence University in 1980 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame’s Law School in 1983. Previously to joining the Indians, Paul was a partner at Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan, a Chardon, Ohio based law firm.

Paul is involved with many philanthropic and civic boards throughout the Northeast Ohio community and supports many causes, as well as a variety of business interests.

Paul and his wife, Karen, reside in Geauga County with their children.

An award-winning writer, Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and had experience in public relations, journalism and fiction writing before joining Dix & Eaton in 1986.

Chip Chaikin

Chip is a partner at Blue Point Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity fund. Chip opened Blue Point’s Shanghai office, which he continues to lead, in 2004. Chip previously worked in business development for the Sara Lee Corporation in Hong Kong, as well as for Strategic Planning Associates (now part of Oliver Wyman), providing strategic consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 companies. Chip is a Mandarin speaker and holds a B.A. in Asian studies from Brown University and a master’s degree in public administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. Chip has been a contributor on issues related to China investment to a number of national news organizations, including Bloomberg, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal and American Public Media’s national radio show Marketplace.

Jennifer Ruehr

Jennifer Ruehr – Advisor

Jennifer Ruehr is a Sr. Intellectual Property and Licensing Specialist with Adobe Systems Incorporated. Jennifer was hired by Adobe in 1999 to provide support to technology and marketing teams related to Internet law, free and open source (FOSS) licensing, marketing issues, intellectual property, privacy and data collection, encryption and export, and other product related issues (such as ecommerce, and regulatory compliance issues). Jennifer also drafts and negotiates a wide range of agreements including a variety of inbound and outbound technology license agreements, strategic alliances, sponsorship, marketing and other commercial agreements along with supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Ruehr was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and now resides with her husband and two children in Northeast Ohio. She graduated with a B.A. degree from Washington State University and received her Juris Doctorate, with a Law Certificate of Intellectual Property Law and Technology, from University of Akron School of Law.
